Who we are

In short

• We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email or contacts.
• Your levels and settings are stored on your device and are never uploaded.
• The game can send anonymous gameplay analytics and crash reports, only when these services are configured.
• The Android version may show ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device’s advertising ID.

Information we handle

Data stored on your device

Level progress, unlocked levels and best move counts, plus your settings (theme, sound, haptics) are saved locally using the operating system’s app storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or use “Reset progress”.

Analytics

When configured, the game uses Firebase Analytics to understand how players move through the game — for example which levels are started or completed — together with general device and app information. This data is used in aggregate and is not linked to your identity. If analytics is not configured, the game keeps these events local and sends nothing.

Crash reports

When configured, the game uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash diagnostics, such as the error, a stack trace and device state, so we can fix problems. Crash reports do not include the content of your progress and are not used for advertising.

Advertising

The Android version may display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier and information such as your approximate location derived from IP and your interactions with ads. In development builds the game always uses Google’s test ad units, so real ads are not served. On platforms other than Android, advertising is disabled.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest to keep the game working and secure (crash reporting) and, where required, your consent for analytics and personalised advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time through your device settings.

Third-party services

The app may rely on the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics)
• Google AdMob (advertising, Android only)
• Google Play (distribution and install services)

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Like most hosts, it may process basic technical logs such as your IP address to serve the pages and protect against abuse.

Retention

On-device progress stays until you reset it or uninstall the app. Analytics and crash data are kept by the providers for the periods described in their policies, and only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Because we do not hold an account for you, the simplest way to remove local data is to reset progress in the app or uninstall it. To exercise any other right, contact us at the address above.

To limit interest-based ads, you can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalisation in your device’s settings.

Children

Linetra is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we handle, including secure transport for any data sent by the analytics and crash services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
